At Hardware and Cabinets, we are dedicated to providing high-quality cabinetry and hardware that you can trust. We proudly stand behind our products and offer warranties to ensure your peace of mind with every purchase. Please read our warranty terms below.

Cabinet Warranty

All cabinets purchased from Hardware and Cabinets come with a 5-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
This includes:

• Cracking, warping, or splitting of cabinet doors and frames

• Defective hinges, glides, or drawer systems

• Finish peeling or separation not caused by water damage or misuse

Hardware Warranty 

Our hardware products are backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase. This covers:

• Manufacturing defects

• Functional failure of hinges or drawer slides

• Coating or finish defects under normal use

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not apply to:

• Damage from misuse, neglect, or abuse

• Improper installation or unauthorized modifications

• Wear and tear from normal daily use

• Water damage, mold, or mildew

• Commercial use or rental properties

How to File a Warranty Claim

To submit a claim under warranty:

1. Email us at support@hardwareandcabinets.com with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos showing the defect.

2. Our team will review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days.

3. If approved, we will either replace the defective component or provide a suitable replacement product.

Additional Notes

• Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.

• Proof of purchase is required for all claims.

• Replacements or repairs under warranty do not reset or extend the warranty period.
